The Pew Internet Project

 

• an initiative of the Pew Research Center

• a nonprofit “fact tank”

• Pew Internet Research explores the impact of the internet on:

  • children,
  • families,
  • communities,
  • the work place,
  • schools,
  • health care,
  • civic/political life.

• The Project is nonpartisan and takes no position on policy issues.

 

One area of their research called The Pew Internet & American Life Project examines how the Internet affects the groups where we live and work.

 

Many subtopics have been researched.  Each subtopic has:

•the questionaires used to collect the data.
